For bulk biomass we work from one container (roughly 20–25 MT) upward, and from 500 MT for vessel shipments. Charcoal briquette starts at one 20ft container. Coffee and oud are offered by the lot. If your volume sits below these, say so anyway — we can often combine it with a scheduled shipment.

Yes. We send a 1–5 kg sample with the matching specification sheet, and for larger contracts we will arrange a trial container so you can run it through your own boiler before committing.

Moisture, ash and calorific value are checked per lot before loading. On request we appoint an independent surveyor to issue a Certificate of Analysis at load port, at buyer or shared cost.

Stock lines usually load within 7–14 days of a confirmed order. Briquette to a custom shape and packing runs 3–4 weeks. We give you the real date at quotation stage, not an optimistic one.
