Overview

Biomass fuel made from rice husk, compacted through high-pressure pelletizing without chemical additives — a renewable fuel that maximises agricultural waste utilisation.

Rice husk is the most abundant unused residue in Indonesian agriculture, and pelletising solves its two practical problems: it is bulky loose, and it is awkward to feed. The trade-off is silica — husk ash runs high, so this line suits boilers designed for higher ash loading, where the low delivered cost per gigajoule does the talking.

Typical applications

  • Rice mill and food processing boilers
  • Brick and ceramic kilns
  • Textile and paper process heat
  • Rice husk ash / silica recovery
