For bulk biomass we work from one container (roughly 20–25 MT) upward, and from 500 MT for vessel shipments. Charcoal briquette starts at one 20ft container. Coffee and oud are offered by the lot. If your volume sits below these, say so anyway — we can often combine it with a scheduled shipment.
Yes, we can. We provide product samples and specification information to help you ensure the product meets your needs before placing an order.
FOB, CFR and CIF for export; franco / delivered pricing for domestic buyers. Quote us the destination port and we will price it landed.
We test moisture content, ash content, and calorific value to ensure the product meets agreed-upon specifications. For additional verification, independent surveyors may be engaged to conduct inspections and issue a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) at the loading port.
Delivery time depends on the product type, volume, stock availability, and delivery destination. We will provide an estimated timeframe during the quotation stage and confirm it prior to the order.
